Syracuse Builders Exchange Construction Safety Manual & Tool Box Talks
Industry-Specific Programs Available Exclusively to Members
The Syracuse Builders Exchange (SBE) is pleased to provide our member employers with a Safety and Health Manual designed to be industry/company specific. This Manual and information is available at syrabex.com located within the Education and Safety Training portion of the web site.
This Safety Manual is designed to provide SBE member employers with information on establishing an effective Safety and Health Management Program, specific to the employer’s industry, to help prevent costly work related injuries and to support compliance with OSHA workplace safety regulations. The Safety Manual, along with 60 Tool Box Talks, will provide construction employers assistance in developing programs that protect employees’ safety and health while at work. It is especially beneficial to small businesses in improving their safety and health management program in a cost-effective manner.
This Safety Manual portion of the syrabex.com web site is for SBE members only and is password protected. The member’s user name and password required to access this secure site is the same user name and password the member would use to access the SBE electronic plan room web site. For those SBE members who do not have a user name and password and would like one, please contact Lisa Peregoy or Monica Salisbury at SBE at (315) 437-9936. All SBE member employers and their employees have available to them a specific user name and password as part of SBE’s basic membership privileges. The same user name and password allows access to both the Safety Manual/Tool Box Talks and electronic plan room portions of the syrabex.com web site.
This Safety Manual was created by Lovell Safety Management, Inc., for the Building Industry Employers of New York State affiliate Builders Exchanges. For further information regarding the Safety Manual and how your company may utilize this member benefit, please contact SBE Executive Director Earl R. Hall at (315) 437-9936, extension 16.
